    If you've never heard of Pre-packed QWK, then you're not using the feature and >your dial-up user won't know if it's removed. I believe this to be true of >every other Synchronet system too.

    If someone needs it, they can replace it by writing a script that uses
    ncftp. That is actually what I do for QWK users to send once-daily packets
    via email.

    Yeah, I'd heard Ctrl-Q is sometimes used for XON/XOFF flow control, so I thought it would be good to add a toggle to change it if desired. I saw another editor (QuikEdit) that had a similar toggle to use Ctrl-Q for quoting..
