    How?

All I know are systems that reside alone on the SD-Card.

    What can I use?

    Thanx

I'd look at OpenWRT for the router and wifi functions, and install an adblocking module:

I just looked at the pi-hole homepage.

Pi Hole is just an application that runs on one of its supported
operating systems. One of which is PiOS.

Install PiOS and Pi-hole, then install the applications needed to
support WLAN Access point (google it). The kernel does routing, and a
standard install has most of the command line programs you need to
config the routing - but it sounds like you may need some handholding
GUI to configure it - so install that.

For something like this I never install any graphics support, and do
    everything from the command line.
