I say ditch the Filibuster and pass these into law...
and push the
reform needed to make our elections better. Simple things like Voter
ID, No machines for counting, Proof of citizenship and clean voter rolls... no more dead people can vote.

Judges... Its simple... If a judge repeatedly oversteps his authority
and his decisions are overturned for the same reasons they cannot
oversee any more cases with similar merits.

You know that the Dems would have done it in a heartbeat.
I don't know why we are waiting so long to do that. The filibuster isn't enshrined in anything.
These need to be done before Nov. 2026. But I think they are going the route of trying to get those state SoS's removed due to criminal acts first. That would make all of them get in line.
Add "and lets's too many violent offenders go to commit violent offences again".
And they should be removed from the bench, not just restricted on what they can oversee because they will wordsmith their way into saying "that case wasn't one I couldn't oversee".

BUT back then there were policy difference only and the Democrats still like the country and its citizens somewhat.

before them on a CRIME... was let out and they murdered someone within
24 hours.

So they play the long game. They erode the checks and balances, a

Ironic part is the Fulton County confession... Fanny was trying to
convict Trump and others on a RICO act for questioning said results.
From what I heard is that information proving rampant voter fraud and
they are going to release it and it'll be convincing enough that
Democrats will be demanding election reform.
Republicans of Wisconsin have asked her to either step down or they'll impeach. Apparently this has not happened since 1886 (I think they
said that year). The Republicans said either or.
When you think about it, hippies and protesters were useless people in
the 60's. So becomming university professors was the next logical step for them.
I think it was working.
But it's not working anymore.
Kids aren't going to college in large numbers anymore. Companies are no longer demanding the degrees. The universities are seen as poor values.
The shakeout is happening now and it will hit the larger universities soon.

counted in 2020. It looks like Brad Raffensperger signed off on Biden's win when he should looked a little deeper.
We need reform where people can challenge a result and 1 person like Raffensperger can say and do whatever.
Fast forward to 2026 and it's Brad Raffensperger who doesn't want to release the voter rolls.
I think the rolls will eventually be released and the Uni-party will be pissed.

I think that, for many, the motivations are pure. But they become

I believe that there are laws on the books for this already. But, for some reason, we've hesitated to use them.
Thought: Can you get a judge to be impartial against another judge? How do you have a trial against a judge?

I hope it all gets exposed. We have Democratic States like California,
NY and Illinois with fraud and as well we have Red Stares that have
issues as well.
Congress needs to regulate protecting the voters. The courts need to review and not say that every case brought forward has no standing.
The Democrats need better policies so that people will vote for them... They do not need to rely on cheating.
There is a shift going on in the country that may be irreversible for
the Democrats.

I have an answer for this. When you use the justice system the way it should be some times things take time.
We have a Judge in Wisconsin that has fell. We have John Bolton
indicted. Others Like Steve Brannon and the Clintons and the like...
