IHMO: Any gov't agent who blatently violates the Constitution (they all take an oath to uphold it when they are sworn in) should be:
    1. Removed from office.
    2. Tried for treason.
    3. Found guilty and hung from an oak tree in plain view.

I think many of the Elitists will seek opportunities elsewhere.

I think it's a great start to look into the constitutionality of these types of pardons. Even if they have to go back and undo Nixon's pardon as unconstitutional.

If the Democrats learn this is all they have to do they'll do it... P Ditty (Spelling)... Epstein... Whatever and whomever.

The Supreme court needs to grow a pare...

If Joe's pardon of Hunter sticks, I suspect that the "get out of jail free" type pardons may become more common than we'd all like.

They should test the constitutionality of these or Democrat presidents will be using these all the time.

Yes, that would be a good start. Is Sleepy Joe #1 when it comes to Pardons now?

But the Supreme Court is not there to hear all cases and, sadly, it's their job to say "this isn't a case we hear" and push it back to the level where it should.

That does allow Activist judges to rule incorrectly, but that's a different problem. I don't know what it takes to get a judge removed.

I think I heard he's done more than the last 3 combined.

I was hearing that they didn't want to look at the NY case until there was a decision, now that there is they should be all ears after the appeals court hears it out.
