Man-made devices that emit the microwave RF energies are *not* part of nature. ;)

The microwave oven was produced as a result of an unexpected fluke:

I wouldn't purposefully sit right next to an operating microwave oven

Sure, all these waves are around us, but the key is never be too close to
the source emmitter.

I remember reading about wi-fi being pulled out of schools in certain European countries because there was a direct correlation to health. I
don't have the specific info anymore but you can find a lot written about
it from reputable sources.

My Blackberry has a handy removeable battery. One battery is always in an external charger ready for use when the one in the actual phone drains
out. I note that many newer phones don't have removeable batteries for
the sake of slimmer design.

others saying its not.
My phone has wifi and only use data when absolutely necessary.
I brought about an hour of data several years ago and still using what I
got.

I note that many newer phones don't have removeable batteries for
the sake of slimmer design.

My iPhone SE is like that. If one can even get to the battery in the
first place.

Sounds like you should get the year's worth of service instead of the 3
month service... the card comes with 400 minutes, with your triple
minutes that would be 1200 minutes... but at least that's for a full
year, so wouldn't collect quite so badly... My TracFone only gives me
double minutes, but they also roll over... currently I have 1628.30 on
my phone, to last me until early March, when I need to get another
year's service....

really all that useful anyway... mostly for pulling down text messages

I brought more data, which I still am using, (something like $50 worth)
and that was several years ago. I replaced the replacement (a no name brand then) with a brand name phone (LG) and later with a iPhone SE which I'm
still using three or four years late
The LG had wifi and I got a free net account at the university (which I
am still using) since working there at the time after explaining why I wanted one. The woman who took my app wasn't happy with illegal parkers in HC
spaces either and glad we were taki

The only apps I use on a regular basis is the app store for updates
(weekly), the weather app and something else.
I use the browser sparingly. Mostly to just surf when bored and wifi available.
If the gov't listens in on my phone they are probably as bored as all get out. :)
Most of my conversations are around 0600 when my super calls saying the
woman at Bio Tech can't come in and my replying, with a sigh, I'll be there.

GPS then it was turned off again.

I'm really surprised (and a bit concerned) that the TracFone person
couldn't tell that you'd used up all your data, and that that was the problem...

True, many people get a cell phone, and that quickly becomes their
primary phone.... Here, Richard still doesn't have (and intends to never
get) a cell phone, so to reach him, you'd need the landline... And I
still primarily use my cell phone as an adjunct, not as primary... it's
there for when I'm away from home, mostly in case of emergency.... I
find it useful, but I'd much rather be using the landline for longer
calls.... and generally also for the counseling calls I have...

If I go out the door, my phone is generally in my pocket and on... I
might only use it to see what time it is, though, since I've not worn a
watch for decades now.... I got into the habit of making sure I had it
with me when I was part of the support team for my mother (she was at my sister's house, so my sister had the bulk of the care), and before that,
when I was needing to be contacted by different doctors about the people
whose health care I was overseeing... Still didn't and doesn't get a lot
of use anyway... but there if needed....
