In no particular order the start menu didn't work, the search bar
disappeared and when it came it back didn't work. All my desktop programs were moved around and the icons changed.
It took 10 minutes (I timed it) from restart to being able do anything
and had a black screen.
Some programs wouldn't run.
I had all sorts of problems and not very happy.
I figured I would have to take it to the shop and managed to copy to a
thumb what I couldn't replace to use with the laptop.
Later it started working properly and back to normal.
