Does anyone have the date in their panel?

I want to put the date somewhere near the clock.

Is there a simple way to do that? If not, maybe a hard way?

I'm using Ubuntu 20.04 LTS with KDE.

One of the things I've noticed over the years is that the the really simple stuff just doesn't make it to the Internet.

Too often it's "I don't need to document that because it's obvious."

I'm sure that "adding a widget" is documented, but I thought there would be a built-in way to add the date instead of having to download something.
