    Didn't you mean that the other way around?

    IE: "write three dots" ... and "will see two" ?

    I only see two via nntp.

    No, it works both ways.

    If the message has two dots in msgbase, JamNNTPd strips one.
    If you enter two dots to the message, JamNNTPd adds one.

    I only see two via nntp.

    Message entered and read by JamNNTPD, no problems. :D
