yes as long as there is a system in both networks performing the task of zonegating the messages between the two networks...
it should be noted that if the two addresses you gave in your example are your's and on the same system, the message should not go anywhere because your software should recognize the addresses as belonging to it... you'd have to test between addresses on two separate systems...
