    Hello everybody!


    Guys can we please get back to the question at hand, and not this track going to some other town.
    Yes I know it's not the best way, but a workaround for the moment is the only option.

    I have a system that binkd isn't liking and wont run. (Yet to try another TCP/IP stack.) The quickest solution was to setup a filebox and use
    ftp to get the mail.

    Yesterday's session had to download 112 archive bundles, and 99% of them contained just one pkt file.

    Just an idea, which I haven't tested: what about the SeperateBundles option? Wouldn't this create DailyBundles in a separate directory?

    Yes, but it does that for all links.

    Sounds like the workaround is working.

    It may not be perfect but that's a feature of a workaround, isn't it? ;-)

    Oh no. We missed your target question completely:

    Am I missing something in my config for the link or husky's config in general.

    You never reported a problem on your side.
    You just wanted to know if that's fine.

    Yes it is. The filebox design wasn't build to handle mail.

    It's a throw anything in and if the destination is coming around then hand it over.

    If you have to many packed bundles in your filebox then your tossing frequence may be too high. Give it a try, turn on the packer again, stop tossing for 24 hours and start it again, then look for the files in your filebox.
