Vladimir Putin held a press conference the other day.
And made a complete fool of himself in the process.
The next day he said Russia, the USA, and NATO would
have discussions about their future relationship.

Now why would Vladimir Putin prefer diplomacy rather
than war to get what he wants? Well, one must understand
what diplomacy is all about -

Once upon a time one fortune-teller girl predicted Gaddafi that he would
be torn apart before he died. After that Gaddafi started to visit many
western country, tried to be a good guy, refused nuclear facilities.
But... ;-)
