Most of the time, yes. They are brand names and must be spelled the
way the owner wants. Aspirin, however, has become a generic word (so
has "kleenex") meaning the owner has lost control of the name, so
either with or without a capital is allowed.
Something to note... I've seen Kleenex refer to themselves in
marketting as "Kleenex-brand Tissue".
