Anyway, I had asked in the past if you had a list of active message areas... say top few hundred or thousand... It's not like there is a Usenet.na file out there and the hamster.ducktape areas aren't sending out too many messages as of late.

The best person to ask about this is Alex Sardo, 1:129/330. He's the one working on this. Off the top of my head I can name only a few groups and its mostly the political ones.
