    Addresses three problems with Areafix and Filefix; introduces a max-area
    cap setting, and resolves a very serious stability problem if a downlink
    sends a specially-crafted request.

    NOTE: This should definately be treated as an important update for any
    existing D'Bridge system and get installed as soon as possible.

    Maybe logs need to written in UTC, then we could discuss ...

    Hmmmm ... not if they are written into a single central log database ...
