    Title: Poor Man's Dinner

    Yield: 6 servings

    1 lb Ground beef
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Garlic powder
    5 lg Potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 lg Onion, sliced
    21 1/2 oz (2 cans) cream of mushroom
    - soup; undiluted
    1/2 c Milk
    Minced fresh parsley

    In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no
    longer pink; drain. Season with pepper and garlic
    powder. Layer the beef, potatoes and onion slices in a
    shallow 2 qt. baking dish. Combine soup and milk; pour
    over all.

    Cover and bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 1 1/4 hours or until
    potatoes are tender. Garnish with parsley.

    Title: Orange Snow Balls
    Categories: Five, Cookies, Citrus, Nuts
    Yield: 2 1/2 dozen

    11 oz Pkg vanilla wafers
    2/3 c Chopped pecans
    1/2 c Butter; melted
    1/4 c Frozen orange juice
    - concentrate; thawed
    3 c Confectioners' sugar;
    - divided

    Place vanilla wafer cookies and pecans in a food
    processor; pulse until fine crumbs form. Add butter,
    thawed orange juice concentrate and one cup of
    confectioners sugar; pulse until mixture comes together.

    Shape mixture into 1" balls; roll in remaining
    confectioners sugar. Store at room temperature.
