United Airlines plans to return strongly to China in June and restart four flights to three cities: Beijing, Chengdu and Shanghai. That writes Forbes. Japan is also back on the list of the American airline with an intended three weekly flights between Newark and Tokyo Narita.
United wants to fly four routes, three from San Francisco to Beijing Capital, Chengdu and Shanghai Pudong and a fourth from Newark to Shanghai.
Contrary to Asia's growth, United will cut many European flights further this summer, but will add three weekly flights from San Francisco to Frankfurt on June 4 and three weekly flights from Newark to Paris on June 5.
The company previously announced that it will restart the route between Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and Schiphol on 4 May. The route is initially flown daily until May 19. Then the company checks whether the schedule and the frequency are being continued.
