    I recall from some time ago... not sure if it was Windows or OS/2 where you could spawn a new window to send a task/process there while the batch file moved on...

    Does this exists ??

    Yes. The /MIN parameter.

    ie. START /MIN C:\BBS\RUNTHIS.BAT
