    Hi all!

    So, got all of my telnet nodes on WINS listing on NetSerial ports.
    Why? I dunno. Guess I just got bored :)

    The issue I am having is with RREEPPEEAATTEEDD characters in mTelnet.
    I can get around this by turning echo off in mTel by using the Alt-E combination. Is there a setting in NetModem or the NetModem config in
    WINS I need to tweak to fix this problem?
