Temperatures will rise slowly, reaching highs around 6 to 8 ?C, feeling chilly with periods of moderate northwest to north winds blowing steadily and gusting occasionally. Patchy light fog and dew are likely in the early hours and again from late evening. Breezy or windy spells will occur, particularly near coastal areas.
