• DDMsgReader: Fix for #499 (error when replying to emails from 'All' or

    You're never likely to see an email message from "All" (how would that happen?) - so this is a weird thing to be checking for.

    That seems to happen when someone using the guest account sends an email to the sysop. I've tried sending an email to me (the sysop) on my BBS from the guest account and have seen the message say it's from "All"

    It seems DDMsgReader sets the "From" name to "All" if it's blank. I may have to go back and review this more.
