Use a double for scaling instead of an integerAll bitmap drivers now support arbitrary scaling, and the scalingfactor is a double, allowing arbitrary window scaling in all bitmapmodes (making nelgin happy).While we're here, fix bugs in horizontal interpolation and X windowresizeing.
