    Modified Files:
    docs/v322_new.md src/sbbs3/date_str.c getnode.cpp main.cpp
    Log Message:
Dates, times, and node activity follow the user's language

A terminal session's copy of the configuration pointed at the system's
default text strings, so the weekday and month names, "Never", and the
node status/activity text formatted through it ignored the user's text.<lang>.ini translations. Point it at the session's own text
    strings.

Displayed times also take their am/pm from the NScanAmQ and NScanPmQ text strings (" am"/" pm", whose leading space is the separator) instead of hard-coded English, as does the node list's download ETA. (#1265)
