doors: give build.bat's -q logs their own directory
build.sh and build.bat both wrote per-target logs straight into
.build-logs/, and this checkout is served to a *nix host and a Windows host
at once, so a -q run from either overwrote the other's logs for the eight targets they have in common -- a .build-logs/syncduke.log holding MSVC
output rather than gcc's.
Put the Win32 logs in .build-logs/win32/ and leave build.sh writing where
it always has. The existing .gitignore entry covers the subdirectory
already; its comment now explains the split.
