Log Message:
Support external Wren packages in the test harness
Build an isolated script root from the embedded modules instead of
symlinking the complete source directory. Also stage modules located
beside an external launch script or in its sibling scripts directory so
package imports match an installed layout.
Use an isolated XDG cache directory to keep harness runs independent of
the developer's existing SyncTERM cache.
