MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
Title: Spicy Chicken & Bell Pepper One Pot Pasta

Yield: 4 servings
3 Chicken breasts; sliced
2 Bell peppers; chopped
2 Red onions; sliced thin
Handful coriander
2 tb Jerk seasoning
1 tb Chilll spice mix
3 Dry red chilies; crushed
1 tb Garlic powder
2 tb Garlic paste
Juice from 1 lemon
1 1/2 Water
4 tb Double cream
Salt
1 ts Black pepper
3 tb Tomato puree
Start by slicing chicken breasts then wash drain and put
into a bowl and add chilli powder / jerk season/ garlic
powder / lemon juice / pepper and chilli flakes and mix
and marinade for 1/2 hr in fridge
Then slice onions and peppers and add olive oil to pan
then add onions / peppers and cook till they start to
soften then add the garlic paste and mix and take
chicken and add the chicken to pan keep stiring till
chicken turns white then add tomato puree mix then add
the water mix and let it cook then add salt and 1 bag of
penne pasta and 2 tbsp double cream mix and put lid on
and simmer on low heat for 1/2 hr then check mix and
cover again till sauce has thickend and reduced once
that happens
Add the rest of the double cream and stir, then add
coriander and mix and serve
