    I am interested in learning some python programming. Anybody have any suggestions on good books for learning it for someone new to it?

    My very favorite is Python for Everybody by Dr. Chuck. Its @ www.py4e.com and is VERY good... it can get you from point A to wherever you want to end up; take a l00k!
