    Does Ukraine have Russia by the throat? The answer is yes.

    The Russian government has now taken the step of calling up the reservists. This will hit the Russian economy even harder. All those men are being taken off the job to do soldier work.

    What are they supposed to do?

    They have to protect oil refineries, power plants, and factories.

    Ukraine's attacks on Russia's hinterland are hurting Russia so much that the costly step of calling up the reservists has been taken.

    A good indication that Russia now feels it has a serious problem and that the war has now come to Russia.
