    Senate Democrats have called on Trump to restrict the sale of advanced chips to China. Trump acts tough, but recently promised China he would indeed export the chips. "Talk tough, act cowardly"—that's Trump's motto. Trump did, however, ask for a 15% share of the revenue... It's always just about the money for him. The question is: what will that revenue be used for?
