The migrant crisis isn't affecting very many cities yet.

It may not be, but the homeless crisis is. One of these days I need to take my car camera video and piece together a video of all of the
homeless encampments I passed on my trip out west. In parts of LA, it
was horrible. It was also not good in ABQ and several other towns.

Homelessness has always been an issue in ABQ, and I think people would say the same about California also. Since the issues are not new, I'm afraid that the voters won't feel the need to do something about it.
