For some reason WinPoint just worked out of the box.

Take a look at my PROS/CONS between various point progs. WinPoint has
the longest CONS. :(
Have you ever looked at Terminate's point mailer? I really liked that
mailer although it is an older DOS app that likely doesn't support telnet
of binkp.
It likely could be made to work with binkd or a BSO mailer but that may
not be user friendly.
Maybe. But I have to wonder if the effort would be worth it. It may
even have Y2K issues.

I see terminate tear lines once in a while still. Not often but once in a
while.

One thing I forgot about, Terminate may not be supported or registerable
anymore. Maybe it is, I don't know.
