    If there is, I can't find it.

    It doesn't support underlined either.

    _underline_ DOES get represented by changing colour here!


    I thought there was a colour setting in config/display when rendering
    italic.

    If there is, I can't find it.

    Maybe the program just uses the "highlight" setting for those.
    That's good enough for me.
