I am not sure what's going on with the editor you're using but
your messagrs are coming out like this to me...

part of it is because there's no blank line between the OP's quoted sections and the new reply text they've written to separate them into distinct entities...

    Hello Alexander,

    too. chaos surrounds me.. muahaha

It always has if memory serves. <G>

hey look at you slick ;) man i remember back in the day when we had to carefully purchase hardware from a list of known-working and os/2- supported items. only time i've ever owned SCSI hardware in my life..

This about a 10 year old machine. I am looking at getting a half-height PCI SCSI card so I can put an external tape drive on the box.

is it a small form factor variant? i have one of those and i kinda
    dig saving the space.

Yes, it is a SFF. It's similar to the Elite 8000 series of HP computers in design. I was a factory-certified HP business desktop/laptop tech so I prefer HP equipment because I know how to work on them and get parts.

posting from MultiMail because i don't understand Maximus AT ALL :)

Max is interesting at first (some say damning) to use. In the internal FSE, hit CTRL-N for help. Max uses both Wordstar key combos, and if you're using a program like ZOC or Syncterm that can do "Doorway mode", Max can also use PC keys, such as PG UP/PG DOWN in its editor.

With that being said, I am using GoldEd/2 myself and I do use FleetStreet occasionally but often I am using MultiMail on my Windows 10 laptop.

    Later,
    Sean

i use ZOC exclusively nowadays. 80x35 too. with a jombo old man
font. sure i test things with SyncTERM, Netrunner, even my
cherished mTelnet, but ZOC just does it best imo.

i do wish pgup/pgdown and a few other keys just worked by
default though. that's pretty standard "bbs" emulation nowadays
for sync/mystic/others. i can stick ZOC in linux mode, but ansis
go screwy, swap for xterm mode but then backspace or the end key
will stop working. (these probably aren't exact but you get the
idea). lots of things will use left/right as alternates for page
up and down, but the habit isn't there to press those. *shrug*
