    I need to move data directory (and other relevant directories maybe,
    such astheme) to:
    /var/fidonet/mystic
    (i.e, /var/fidonet/mystic/data , /var/fidonet/mystic/theme ; i have alreadymove files and echomails)

    You can move them and then use ./mystic -cfg to change the System Directories.
