    Hey g00r00,

Just updated to .46 .. all went super smooth, and I read all directions
    and "whats new" (smile).

I have one question and one confusion I'm hoping you can point me in
    the direction of fixing/clarification.

    1. When I go into the message and or file area, none appear using the
"J" to join a group, or "A" to list echos; however they do just fine
over the super cool new index reader. I checked my config and all
still exist with proper group assignments. What may I have done wrong
or what step may I have missed, to have them appear?
    2. I'm not fully understanding the conversion from fidopoll to poll.
Fidopoll still pools all networks, but poll netaddress does not from a
windows command prompt. What exact settings convert to using the built
in polling? I didn't see it discussed specifically within the whats
new, but am sure it's somewhere I'm missing.

Any assistance from you or anyone reading would be greatly appreciated.

Not really sure based on what you've mentioned so far. People have been using this alpha for ~6 months and no one has reported an issue like that to my knowledge. My area/groups outside of the index reader seem okay here.

The group data file format did change but should have been updated when you ran upgrade.exe. I would suggest to go into the group editor and see if they look "correct." Its hard to say without knowing more, but we'll try to get it figured out!

There should be no difference except instead of "fidopoll" you'd type "mis poll" so if you wanted to manually poll address 1:1/1 you'd type "mis poll 1:1/1" instead of "fidopoll 1:1/1". Instead of "fidopoll send" you'd run
    "mis poll send".

What I did was merge fidopoll.exe into mis.exe. I'll continue to add options to mis poll and then fidopoll will eventually go away, probably all of that will happen during A47 development.

QwkPoll.exe may be the next victim! If mis.exe keeps climbing the ranks who knows maybe we'll see a showdown between mis.exe and mystic.exe someday! Although that one might be pay per view!
