• Search for MSGID?

    From Jay Harris@1:229/664 to g00r00 on Sun Feb 13 03:53:08 2022
    Hi g00r00,

Is there a may in Mystic to search for a message via MSGID?

It's come up now and then that someone will refer to a past message by MSGID and when I search for that string the only messages that come up have that string in the message body. Pressing V to reveal the kludge lines and then searching doesn't seem to help.

    Hi g00r00,

There isn't but I will add MSGID values into the search parameters in the next A48 build. This will be an easy change for from a coding standpoint.

... Tech support is just a busy signal away

+ When searching for messages, Mystic will now allow you to search for a
MSGID. To do so, start searching for a message as you normally would and
enter the message ID ie "a3c8d21c" (without the quotes of course). [/whatsnew.txt]

    Thanks Uncle g00r00! You're awesome!
