Palm trees aren't really native to CA, at least around LA.
They are more of a desert plant.
True... so that sounds more like NM and AZ....
Well, south Texas isn't exactly Vermont! :)
I was on state route 59, which merged along with several other
highways on the beltway or whatever.
Texas is really good with signage and painted in the centre of the
lane was whatever route it was. Just stay in that lane, unless you're
like me and manage to get into a line of traffic going elsewhere...
Should have just stayed in the lane, then
It was one of those deals where the lane veers off to the left of a
sudden and I was in the right centre lane in a flow of traffic and by the time I
saw the sign it was too late.
Driving on a freeway in Houston was like driving in spaghetti the way the roads go this way, that way, up, down, over, around and back. All at 75
mph.
I prefer going along around 50.
It was from a nail I picked up at the border. Texas has a lot of unpaved side roads and I had parked under a tree on one.
Now you know.... :)
With all my problems when parked under a tree, I think from now I won't
park under them any longer. :)
