Yeah, seems all the stuff that tastes good is bad for you and stuff
one has to choke down is "healthy" and good for you. ==sigh==
Like medicine, unless it tastes bad its not effective.
Oh, I don't know.... Chocolate's good for you and certainly tastes good
(at least to most people).... ;)

I find it humourous that various foods and drinks can be good for
you at one point, then bad for you, then good again, or at least not as bad. People drank coffee for centuries then suddenly a study says its
bad so people stop drinking, then later another study says its ok.
Goes for all sorts of every day things from eggs, to butter, to
meat, to this, that and the other.

Yes it can indeed be humourous... I pretty much ignore the supposed
studies, and only cut out foods/drinks that I can see are definitely a
bad thing for ME.... ie the apple and coffee that I've become allergic
to.... otherwise, I eat and drink as I please... :)

And this or that causes cancer, then it doesn't, then it does again.
So often lab animals are given such extreme doses of whatever that
no wonder it causes health problems.

True.... just about anything, given in a high enough dose, will cause problems....

I just eat whatever I want and ignore all those "professionals".
I believe in moderation. So long as one doesn't over do something
    its probably ok.

Yup... I believe in moderation as well.... and a modicum of "common"
sense.... ;) And where a particular food isn't actually good for a
particular person, there's enough indications that one shouldn't be
eating that food to let one know.... :)

Like the study on why such and such product is not bad for you...it
was funded by its manufacturer. Can you say "rigged??". :P

    Forget about what??

Probably rigged.... sometimes the product actually isn't bad for you...
I distrust as well the studies put out by the competitors telling why
it IS bad for you.... ;)

    Nothing to worry about.... ;)
