    Oh, I don't know.... Chocolate's good for you and certainly tastes good
    (at least to most people).... ;)

    I find it humourous that various foods and drinks can be good for you
    at one point, then bad for you, then good again, or at least not as bad.
    People drank coffee for centuries then suddenly a study says its bad so people stop drinking, then later another study says its ok.
    Goes for all sorts of every day things from eggs, to butter, to meat,
    to this, that and the other.
    And this or that causes cancer, then it doesn't, then it does again.
    So often lab animals are given such extreme doses of whatever that no
    wonder it causes health problems.
    I just eat whatever I want and ignore all those "professionals".
    I believe in moderation. So long as one doesn't over do something its probably ok.
