Yep.
I used to shop there quite often. (They have since moved across the
river into Ohio due to lower taxes, etc)
I learned to steer clear of electronics, but otherwise the items were
good. We have an Ollie's at the mall, a BL knock off, and its the same
way. Got an oriental rug there for $79 everyone else was selling close
to $200, even Walmart.
