I have been a member over the years of all sorts of groups and
organisations and several of them after 90 minutes the meetings were just starting...
Then there were groups where the same things were talked to death, then
dug up and talked about some more, but nothing was ever really done.
And the leaders wondered why few people attended.
Come to think of it, that would replace various types of torture around
the world. Someone they would be forced to attend endless meetings. Eventually they would crack and tell everything they know in exchange for no more
meetings... :)
... Just because it doesn't do what you planned doesn't mean it's useless.
That's what I've told my boss for years. :)
