Text browsers certainly do exist today. I have been using one on and off on m U>Linux Mint desktop computer for a while. While it is certainly nostalgic to u U>a text based browser, there is also a beautiful simplicity in just getting th U>information you seek and none of the other garbage that the "world wide web" U>has become.
I also tend to enjoy word processing in the terminal. Again, simple and not U>distracting.
