    got glibc 2.36 and kernel 6.0.9 no problem here with gentoo

    As we speak, glibc 2.36 and kernel 5.19.17.

    I still got penguins. The only issue with penguins is one legacy boot (intel) that I still have running where the fidonet node is doing it's thing (not much).

    try gcc 10.4.0, oldest stable on gentoo

    12.2.0 is the current gcc. If I were to revert to an older version it would be to the last working c only gcc compiler, which is 4.7.4 if I recall correctly. Them were the days.
