    I found that if you use a NNTP client like HotdogEd (that supports Fidonet's To: field) with a JamNNTPd server, it is better to login with ",showto=off" appended to your account:

    Server settings -> Login: username,showto=off

    This way you will not see the recipient's name (after the sender) in the From field.

    Yes, nice setting. I use it with hotdoged and sylpheed.
