Well here's a thing. Discovered *almost* by accident.
Send a netmail to my system using the PING address and when it bounces back
it includes the TUTC kludge.

I sent a ping to 920/90 via 920/1. Naturally I got no response and I hope it will die a natuaral death at some point.
I sent another to 4:920/1 but I haven't seen a reply yet.
