    Just checking to see if 1st occurrences of --commands work that way I assume.

    The 1st --SUBJ command is in the next line and should appear in the subj line of this message:
    [1]
    This is another occurrence of --SUBJ: and should be ignored by the bot:
    [2] //subj: this one should be ignored[2]//

    This is the 1st --TO command:
    [3] ..to: nobody in particular..

    This is the 2nd --TO command:
    [4] ..to: the general public..

    This one appears to work as it should.

    This is the 1st --TO command:
