    John,

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

There are 360 shopping days left, so you can buy next years Christmas
    things now. <G>

Talking about H.B's is making me hungry!

I went by there today, and ordered 10 Jumbo BBQ Pork Sandwiches,
and 2 orders of French Fries (their fryer is small, so it can only
cook 2 orders at a time). The order was $75, but I gave them a
$105 tip. I had taken $200 out of the bank...$20 for gas for the
car, and the rest I gave to them.

They are a small family run business, but right now, they're
short staffed. COVID-19 has made it worse, because they are so
small, you can't "eat in", although there are 4 picnic tables
outdoors if you want eat out there.

It has been in business nearly 60 years, and is basically "a
hole in the wall" in southwest Little Rock. I ate 2 of the BBQ
Pork sandwiches and 1 order of fries earlier. I still have 8
sandwiches and another of fries to warm in the microwave oven
(blessings on those who created that <G>). My health is so that
I can't stand for more than a minute at the sink, stove, toilet,
or in the shower, without my legs spasming, and my back throbbing,
as I have degenerative disk disease in my spinal column. I also
don't like to wait for my food...but you don't call me "late for
    dinner". <G>

    Thanks again for replying!

Glad to make sure things are working.

    Daryl

Ok, big question? Pulled pork? Chopped pork? Sliced pork? I'm a pulled-pork sa
    wich fan.

I like it just about every way, but pulled would be my favorite.

    Bob,

I just looked at the photos of H.B. on Yelp. Looks like classic old-school BBQ. I bet it's delicious.

    It is.

Because of this thread, I made special effort to pickup BBQ yesterday,
and enjoyed it quite a bit.

I finished my last 2 sandwiches today that I had ordered from there
    last week.
