    Whoa. That is kind of weird as I can't seem to figure out why that isn't
    there. I figure time is an important thing and I don't seem to see a way to change it in Mystic.

    a configuration issue, or maybe a bug. Do you have the latest
    version?

    I have the latest version so it might be a bug. The joys of BBSing ;)

    But now you have a correct TZUTC kludge...

    I set my offset in Windows 2019 Datacenter to that so I guess that makes all the different. Thanks for letting me know. I appreciate the help :)
