• Email And Netmail

From Daryl Stout@1:19/33 to Sean Dennis on Sat Feb 15 04:41:00 2020
    Sean,

Yes, you're right, but netmail should work also since that's originally what SD>Fidonet was founded on. ;)

I may redo the business cards for the BBS to note my FIDONet Netmail
address. But, those not familiar with a BBS would have no clue as to
what a BBS or netmail was.

I -always- prefer to be contacted via netmail myself as I can go days SD>without checking email but I try to check the BBS at least once a day.

Same here...but as we get into our annual tornado season, there may be several days where I won't get to do that.

    Daryl

A later generation had no clue about vinyl records, and now vinyl has
been experiencing a revival. The key is educating the public, and
making them aware that something still exists.

Pointing people to the Jamnntp-method of accessing echomail is a good
    way to make people aware.

A netmail address / bbs-name on a biz card is a good way to raise curiosity.

I have at least 200 vinyl records from what my late parents had, and I
need to find a way to dispose of them. If I could make some money off of
    them, that'd be better.

A netmail address / bbs-name on a biz card is a good way to raise curiosity.

I may just do that...thanks for the suggestion. :)
