On the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) D-Star Net on Ham
Radio last night, I did the presentation on winter weather bulletins,
and what they meant. A station from Tucson noted that "we get winter
weather out here in Arizona, with winter storms, and cold".
Indeed, I've seen freeze warnings around the Phoenix area, and winter
storms at Flagstaff.
