    That might be your reader/app not refreshing after a 'write' operation. (Thunderbird does.) Can you re-read previous posts... a 'refresh' of sorts?

    Not seeing Origin line when accessing your nntp server.

    operation. (Thunderbird does.) Can you re-read previous
    posts... a 'refresh' of sorts?

    A little extra bit of info is needed. The Origin info is missing only from Terry's messages when he posts from his iphone *and* only when I view this echo from his nntp server.

    I see Terry's Origin data fine when I view his messages from another nntp server (specifically this one, ie: Tommi's)

    I see everyone else's Origin lines, no problem.

    Just though I point it out, as an FYI, if it helps.

    Otherwise, T-bird behaves quite fine here.

    That is because the message hadn't been exported from the BBS message base
    when he viewed it by NNTP connected to me. Once it is exported PXW will add
    the origin line.

    not all BBS software adds the origin line when local messages are posted...

    not all FTN tossers rewrite the message in the local message base when they scan out new local messages...
